A definitive guide and reference for the TOM IPASTA acronym used in lesson planning for the Coast Gaurd that I taught in Instructor Training School and used in my 45 yeas as teacher, advisor, administator. Usefui for all levels of teaching, coaching, guiding, advising, from laymen to post doctoral candidates. Very simple yet effective way to learn and teach Nay subject matter.
